Welcome to dellixo.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the services, features, tools, products, and content provided by Dellixo (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are operated by Dellixo (the “Company”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. After you submit an order, we may send an acknowledgment email; this does not constitute acceptance.
A binding contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors, fraud checks).

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable taxes.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized/received before dispatch.
Note for Germany: If applicable, we operate under Section 19 UStG (small business regulation), in which case VAT is not shown separately.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Details of returns, time limits, conditions, and refunds are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:
(a) violating laws or third-party rights; (b) attempting to interfere with security or operation of the Site; (c) using automated means to access the Services without permission; (d) uploading malicious code; (e) reselling or exploiting the Services except as expressly permitted.

All content on the Site (texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, product data, code) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dellixo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, supply-chain disruptions, or failures of the internet or third-party services.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Where permitted, the courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
