Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Dellixo. We want you to be completely satisfied. Please read how returns and refunds work for EU/Germany and for other countries (including the United States).

1) EU & Germany — Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union (including Germany) have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
At Dellixo, we extend this return window to 30 days from the delivery date to make returns easier. This extended period is our voluntary store policy and does not limit your legal rights.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at dellixohello@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return the product.
⚠ Please do not send goods back before receiving our return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Refund timing: We will refund you within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or reliable proof of shipment back to us — whichever occurs first.
Shipping costs: We refund the standard delivery cost (cheapest offered option). If you selected a premium/express method, the extra cost is non-refundable.
Return postage: For non-defective returns, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

2) Returns Outside the EU (e.g., United States)
For customers outside the EU (including the United States), you may return products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact dellixohello@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization (RMA) and instructions before sending items back.
Non-defective returns: customer pays the return shipping.
Refund includes the product price; outbound premium/express shipping (if any) is non-refundable.

3) Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
Unused and in original condition,
In original packaging (where applicable),
With all accessories, manuals, and labels.
We may deduct for diminished value if the product was handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4) Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items (Worldwide)
If your item is defective, arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at dellixohello@gmail.com with photos/video and your order number.
We will arrange a free return or a replacement.
Where repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, we will issue a full refund.
In the EU/Germany, statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) applies for 2 years. Within the first 12 months, the defect is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.

5) Exceptions (No Return for Change of Mind)
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
Perishable goods,
Personalized or custom-made items,
Sealed hygienic products (e.g., personal care/wellness devices) once unsealed after delivery,
Digital goods after download/activation.
(These exceptions do not limit your rights regarding defective products.)

6) How to Start a Return
1. Email dellixohello@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our RMA and return instructions (return address/label).
3. Ship the items back within 14 days after receiving the RMA instruction (but not later than 30 days after delivery in total).
4. Keep the tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
